The dewplayer link works fine. Jon McLaughlin's site is redapples45.com (plural). Yes, downloading does happen but it isn't all doom and gloom. The artists get free publicitiy this way and some people then support the artist and see the show/concert etc.
I'm sure this hurts record sales but digital downloads have to be different as the overheads are so low. Anyways... its a situation that i fear will never be resolved. The Labels are just going to have to work out how to make "money" from us another way!

Peace

DJ Dauntless

Re: Mixr for the iPad DJ

Very cool. I bought the Street Champ mixtape over a year back, mainly for the real dope It Just Don't Stop joint. Just like this Play track, you can tell its a trademark Primo beat, and this specific track is kind of like a legendary tribute style record to Primo, and its got an addictive piano hook, with Big Shug ending most of his bars on the second half with blatant Premier references - check that joint out, just as good as the one you posted

Re: DJ Earworm United States of Pop 2009 Mashup of Top 25 Billboard Hits

I want to be just like him one day. One of my favorite is the Next Gen Gallery, a picture gallery plug-in, that goes nicely with Wordpress. Recently, we tried to integrate Gallery2’s plug-in for a clients site, and it does not seem to pass subscribers from Wordpress.

Alex

Re: WordPress 1.5 “Strayhorn” Released

Yes i agree also. From the first time i am blogging, i already use wordpress as my CMS. It is free, easy to use, and have so many great people supporting this cms with theme and plugins. I've recently switched my site to wordpress and find it's so easy to use.

It's great that someone can go into this much detail in setting up a blog since many are afraid of touching anything they are remotely unsure about when it comes to the internet.

great work! we need more posters like you.

Re: WordPress 1.5 “Strayhorn” Released

I agree with you on that. I recently just switched over to wordpress and man let me tell you...

This freaking CMS is completely AMAZING! The amount of plugins that are created on a daily basis alone blow anything out of the water. I don't see wordpress stopping anytime soon.

They are updating this damn system like clockwork. Gotta love those guys. Anyone know how wordpress makes their money since their CMS is free?

Great post by the way.
